Footprints

We were opening some Christmas decorations that we got on sale (75% off) on after holiday sales. One of them came with these 2 large styrofoam squares that we didn't need. Sophie asked if she could use them to make ice skates to skate on the icy roads. I said yes, and an hour later there was no trace of the styrofaom blocks, except for the static-y white mess that was EVERYWHERE! She had cut and carved until nothing was left except the mess. Her plan failed and she resorted to tracing her feet on paper and then cutting them out to tie strings to. Well, she was reluctant to cut them out because she said she only knew how to cut out circles. I told her to give it a try. She did and was so excited when she could actually do it. She said "this is easy, it is like petting bunnies!!!!!"
I was laughing so hard!
