Today I had a lot to do, like everyday. But I was bored of my chores and wanted to do something fun. With Sophie. So, after finding this cute pattern on MarthaStewart.com for little rag dolls, we went to work sewing together. We each picked out material from the scraps I have. Sophie cut out the pattern, traced it on the material, ironed, pushed the sewing maching foot, and stuffed to her hearts content to get her doll to just the right fluffiness. We each made one and it was a lot of fun to do together. So instead of doing my chores I had some fun mother daughter bonding time. This is what I call procrastination at its best!
