Today it hailed outside. It was fun watching the little white balls of hail bounce off the table outside. The kids wanted to play in it and I said, Sure - why not? They didn't go any farther than the deck because they were barefoot. After a minute they came in for shoes (sandles because that's all they have right now) and then a few minutes later they came in for winter hats, mittens, and scarves. Luckily I knew right where they were. When the hail storm stopped they came in and wanted hot cocoa and marshmallows! Is it winter already? They kids think so. They even pulled out their winter jammies to wear to bed tonight. What fun!
